Sara Hall

Sara is an American Distance runner for Asics. She was the 2012 US National Cross Country Champion and a Gold Medalist at the Panamerican Games in the steeplechase. She has represented the US at three World Indoor Track and Field Championships and a World Cross Country Championship.

In this episode Sara talks about how she got started running, her recent experience at the Olympic Trials in the marathon, followed up with a quick turn around to the London Marathon. We also talk about her upcoming track season and hope to compete in the Olympic Trials in track.

Sara speaks openly and honestly about her faith and her and her husband Ryan’s journey adopting four daughters from Ethiopia. I was excited to learn more about their amazing organization – The Hall Steps Foundation and definitely plan on making my family some famous Hall Muscle Milk Pancakes after our chat! I know you’ll love this episode!
