Large sweet potato with almond butter and a banana
3 Powerbar Gels during long run
3 egg omelette with mushrooms
1/2 cup parsnips
Genucan and Beet Boost drink mix
Avocado Mash bowl (1 1/2 cups butternut squash, 1 avocado, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1/2 scoop Genucan, 1/2 cup coconut flakes)
*Note- I know this sounds weird, but it is soooooooooo good!!
2 squares dark chocolate
Large portion of cauliflower rice with butter
1/2 lb haddock fillet
1 cup peas
Homemade eton mess (strawberries, meringue, 1/2 cup ice cream)
1 serving milkybar white chocolate
3 chili flavored oatcakes (they are very dense, hard, crunchy crackers- not sure we have anything like them in the US)
