Just wanted to share my two favorite smoothies as of late, they are delicious and very refreshing! If you don’t like almond milk, I’m sure at least the first one is good with standard chocolate milk. I choose to drink almond milk to lessen the amount of dairy I consume to keep my stomach and Marshall’s happy.Â
Mid Morning Smoothie:
1 Cup of Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
1 Banana
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
2 Shots Espresso
1 Packet of Truvia (or sweetner of your choice)
Ice  (I use an entire ice tray, but it just depends on how liquidy of icy you like your smoothies… mine are pretty icy)
Afternoon Smoothie:
1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 Banana
3/4 cup Blueberries
Handful of Spinach
Cinnamon
1 packet of Truvia
Ice
