Over the years Glenn has opened my eyes to much better running music than this playlist below, but for some reason today I was in a bad rap/pop mood. I am currently obsessed with number 7 and 9 on the list. I think I replayed 9 four times during our run and every time I played it I smiled.
It actually makes me laugh. My favorite lyric in the song is “My mom taught me how to fight, that gal done raised me right.”

More playlist’s to come. It’s weird, sometimes you want music with a fast beat that makes you want to dance, but other times especially if it is a long run something slow will do just fine…. I have spent many runs listening to slow stuff. More glorious playlists to come.
