I’ll Have Another Podcast Episode 67: Alicia DiFabio

This episode so one of the most special episodes I’ve recorded yet. Alicia is the mother of four girls, one of whom is severely and multiply disabled, an author, a breast cancer survivor and has her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She didn’t start running until she was 43 and has since fallen in love with the sport. At 45, she completed her first triathlon.

In this episode we talk about parenting a child with special needs, divorce, running, triathlon, her awesome book “Women who Tri”, volunteering with your kids, cancer, fear, hope and so much more. I felt like I was talking to a mentor and someone I can really look up to; someone who I truly admire.

Enjoy my conversation with Alicia!
