Half Marathon Beginner/Intermediate Training Plan

This plan is for the runner who has done at least one half marathon and is looking to improve their time while still following a conservative training plan.

Beginner/Intermediate Half Marathon Training Plan: 

  • Total weekly mileage starts at 9 miles in a week
  • Total weekly mileage peaks at 29 miles in a week
  • One speed session a week
