This is an 8 week beginner training plan to get you to your first 5K or the first 5K you’ve done in awhile!
The plan has you running 3 days a week and starts with a run/walk, gradually increasing your run time and decreasing your walk time so that by the end of the 8 weeks you can run 30 minutes without stopping!
Plan Includes:
- 8 week training plan starting at a 1 min walk/1 min run building you to be able to run a 5K
- Strength Training Video to be done 1-2 times per week
- Ideas for Cross Training Options
