Ashley has been one of my close friends from the crazy world of the internets for a couple of years now. We met in person for the first time this past fall and she’s basically my on-line sister. No really I have a text chain with her and my two real life sisters. So that’s normal.

Ashley is a mother of two, who works in NYC and still finds time to run, do yoga and be awesome. In this episode, we talk about everything from pregnant running, Bruce Springsteen, Eminem, being vegetarian and how we feel about cursing in front of our kids.
