Half Marathon Intermediate Training Plan

This plan is for the person who has run a a few half marathons and is ready to up the mileage a bit and incorporate some speedwork to work on running faster times.


Intermediate Half Marathon Training Plan

  • Total weekly mileage starts at 16 miles in a week
  • Total weekly mileage peaks out at 33 miles in a week
  • Mid-week speedwork + Some long run speedwork
