“I used Lindsey's intermediate marathon training plan to train for my first marathon (after competing in other endurance events), Chicago, and loved it. I ran my goal time and a Boston qualifying time! For someone who considers themselves a seasoned runner but had never completed a marathon on it's own, this was a perfect challenge of a plan for me. I'm a stay at home mom with two kids who doesn't have a lot of help with childcare and this plan was the right amount of miles, workouts, and flexibility to be successful.
