They’re lifetime runners who have deep experience in marathons, various distances and general fitness.

You and your coach will build a training plan or coaching relationship based on your running history, your goals and your schedule. Whatever your finish line is, we can help you cross it together!

Lindsey Hein

Lindsey is a 16x marathoner and a Road Runners Club of America certified coach. For more than 7 years, she’s coached countless runners to Boston Qualifying times (BQs) and Personal Bests.

With a passion for helping runners stay injury-free, Lindsey uses a conservative mileage approach to keep you on your feet and on track to achieve your big goals.

She’s also the host of I’ll Have Another, a weekly podcast where she sits down with everyday runners, Olympians, and everyone in between. Tune in right here — it’s a great way to take a breather after a good run!

Emma Benner

From state champ in high school to multiple Division 1 NCAA qualifiers, it’s an understatement to say that Emma has kept up the pace in her personal running career — and it’s that level of dedication she brings to her career as a coach.

Emma’s goal in coaching is to help runners find joy in moving their body every day. While she works with athletes of all ages and abilities, she specializes in working with middle school, high school and college runners.

If you love casual conversations about running, Emma is co-host on the Up + Running podcast. From training tips to the latest results from a World Major Marathon, you’ll get up to speed on everything going on in the world of running.
