Ha seriously! By the way I was just listening to a Runners Connect Podcast and the Sports Doc on the show was talking about post tin tendonitis – sounds like NO JOKE of an injury. I already know it was crazy based on what you told me, but geez! I’m trying to make sure i get on the stair master thing 10-15 minutes every time I’m at the gym, because, why not.

Stairs are no joke. When I was recovering from my post tib tendonitis, my PT would have me do 30 minutes of stairs instead of 30 minutes of running. If you ever want to feel not fit, even at your fittest, I think the stairmaster is the thing that’ll do it.

That reminds me, maybe I should take the stairs to my 5th floor apartment more…
