Thanks Camille! What’s the recovery time length of your pulled groin? I don’t have any experience with pa pulled groin, but it doesn’t sound fun to me. I hope you get better soon- are you seeing a PT for it?

I highly recommend the Addaday Junior massage roller. I have their big stick but also this mini. I bought it for travel but ended up using it more than the other. It sits flat on the floor and great to roll your foot out on. I’ll just set it on floor while I’m on couch or even at work and it really helps loosen things up. It is also small enough to fit right in your hand so you can really dig in better when rolling out some spots!
