The trick is to listen to your body. If something feels very unnatural or uncomfortable, you might need to address your form.

How much more difficult is pushing the double stroller vs a single? I’ve been debating on getting a double but my 2.5 year old never liked the single so I’m not sure if it’s even worth it.
