Hi Christy! I actually don’t wear a support band when I run- I have never had an issue or felt like I needed one. I know a lot of people wear them but not sure what I would recommend for a good once since I haven’t tried them out! How far along are you?! Good luck with your pregnancy- thanks for reading!

If yes, what kind? I only ran for the first trimester or so during my first pregnancy and then switched to mainly biking. This time around, I want to run much longer if not the while time. It is totally awesome that you are still happily running. I ran the day before both of my girls were born :)…nothing fast or long, but I did it. I remember someone at the gym telling me that I better not have my baby there :). My husband also says that he sometimes does better at a little faster pace even if he isn’t physically ready for it just because that is the stride that works better for him!
