YES! So important to not anticipate it will come- it might not even happen and if it does, you’ll be ok! I do fight the pre 20 mile run anxiety- especially when I have a workout included in the run but the older I get and the longer I run, I realize there is not point- just go do it. It will ultimately feel really good.

I used to get nervous and worried before any 20, but over the years, I’ve learned I’ll be just fine. And should it be a bad one, I’ll live through it!
