Hi Lacy! Thanks so much! Are you in Indy! Feel free to come out to speed training any time. They are doing 800 repeats tomorrow!! You are more than welcome to do your own distance/speed though. Everyone starts together and breaks apart a bit- after a warm up and then cools down together. It’s good stuff- great way to start the day!

Even though you are only doing short runs it is a great start to slowly getting you back to running like you want. You definitely don’t want to push yourself too hard and injure yourself again. My mother-in-law had Plantar Fasciitis and hers did eventually go away so I think you will recover completely. Would love to join in on Speed work Wednesday. I have mile repeats on my schedule for tomorrow – Yay!! Definitely not my favorite but I just keep telling myself they build speed and mental toughness and character. 🙂
