Hey Crystal! How’s everything going?! I need to catch up on your blog and read about life after having baby. I hope you are well. Breaking up the long run is not something I prefer, but whatever works sometimes right?! I’m with you- morning running is the way to go- I hate having it hanging over my head all day…. especially if it is a long run or tough workout!

For me, anything over 35-40 seems like a ton of miles a week, but we’ll see, I am planning to hit the next training cycle hard, so….may have to hit some longer weeks.

I haven’t broken up a long run, but I imagine that there will come a time when it just must be done. I just really like running in the mornings above anything else.
